Shipping Policies


The delivery time to any location in Brazil varies from 20 to 90 days after payment confirmation. Please note that we provide the tracking code for all products. To track, use the link below: TRACKING Tracking codes take 5 to 10 business days to be forwarded to you, the customer. We will refund the amount related to purchases made that are lost or that exceed the 90-day period after payment confirmation to be delivered.

The delivery time varies depending on the speed of the Post Office and customs, but it usually takes between 25 and 45 days on average. The final delivery time is up to 90 business days. After the stipulated period, we recommend that you contact the Post Office to clarify the reason for the delay. If the Post Office does not have your order, please contact us immediately so that we can check with our suppliers.

If we confirm that there is a problem with the logistics of your order, we will refund your purchase in FULL immediately after these verification steps. It is important that you provide the means for delivery to the address registered in your order. After 3 (three) proven delivery attempts, you will have to pick up the order at a post office near your address. Storage fees are charged if the order is not collected within 7 calendar days. The amount of the fee depends on the weight/volume of the product.
